DL Printed Envelopes

Our printed DL envelopes help you promote your brand when using direct mail. These envelopes are printed in full colour onto white DL envelopes. Other sizes in our printed envelope range include C4 envelopes, C5 envelopes and C6 envelopes.

DL envelopes is designed to fit an A4 piece of paper, folded into thirds. DL is the standard size of personal envelopes, cards and invitations and promotional materials such as brochures, flyers and leaflets.

DL envelopes are designed to fit an A4 piece of paper, folded into thirds. DL is the standard size of personal envelopes, cards and invitations and promotional materials such as brochures, flyers and leaflets.

  • Sizes available: DL (220mm x 110mm)
  • Paper weight: 80gsm – 120gsm
  • Style available: Wallet, Pocket or Banker
  • Flap types available: Self-seal, Gummed or Peel and Seal
  • Windowed and non-windowed styles available

If required, our studio team can take your logo and other imagery and design the ideal envelope for you at no additional cost. It is very important to us that our customers are 100% satisfied with the design of their printed envelopes. That’s why our designer will always provide you with a proof before going to print.

We charge £10 as standard for delivery on an envelope quantity of 4,000 or less. Free delivery is applied to orders of 5,000 or more.

You’re always sure to receive a prompt and reliable delivery from Pillarbox Packaging. Typically, our lead times on custom printed envelopes are 2-3 weeks, however we will provide a guaranteed delivery date to you once you have place your order.
